Our Story
Built from experience.

One Eleven Creatives started with a simple frustration: small businesses were being sold generic marketing packages that looked the same, said nothing, and delivered less. We got tired of watching good brands stay invisible because their marketing didn’t actually reflect who they were. So we built something different.
We came to this with more than just a passion for marketing. Between us, we’ve worked corporate, led marketing teams, owned businesses on two continents, and spent years doing the work ourselves before we ever sold it to anyone else.
We’re a woman-owned agency based in St. Petersburg, FL, and we bring expertise across brand strategy, photography, SEO, PR, social content, Pinterest, and web design to companies that simply can’t do all of it themselves. Fewer layers, faster turnaround, and actual opinions about what will work because we’ve been in enough situations to know the difference.
Our clients range from tech entrepreneurs and independent artists to contractors and community studios. The thread connecting all of them: they wanted a marketing partner that sounds like them, shows up for them, and actually delivers.

We chose the name deliberately. When a client finds us, it usually means something shifted: they got serious, they stopped settling, they decided their business deserved better. That moment of decision is what 111 represents.

Sarah Newcomb
Founder and Cso
Sarah Newcomb founded One Eleven Creatives on a simple frustration: too many businesses were getting marketing that looked fine on paper and did nothing in practice. She built the agency to fix that.
With a background in marketing, PR, photography, and brand development, Sarah takes a multidisciplinary approach to every client, which means she’s thinking about strategy, story, and execution at the same time, not in silos. She works primarily with founders and growing companies who need a brand that can actually hold its own in a crowded market.
Before One Eleven, Sarah spent years inside the PR and marketing industry developing campaigns and brand narratives across industries. That experience sharpened one thing above all: the ability to cut through noise and figure out what a business actually needs to say, and how to say it in a way that earns attention.
Today, she leads strategy across web, social, and content for One Eleven’s clients. Every engagement is built around the same goal: a clear voice, a strong visual identity, and a marketing foundation that does real work. She doesn’t believe in fluff. She believes in brands that mean something.
Veronica Dunn
Founder and CEO
Veronica Dunn has spent her career doing one thing: figuring out what makes businesses actually work. That pursuit has taken her from owning and operating a ski shop in the Czech Republic to leading marketing for a tech consulting firm in Canada, and eventually to co-founding One Eleven Creatives in St. Petersburg.
The industries changed. The underlying question never did. She wants to understand how organizations grow, what stops them from growing, and how to build the systems that close that gap.
At One Eleven, she oversees operations, campaign strategy, SEO, data analysis, and creative execution. She thinks in systems, which means she is always looking at how the pieces connect rather than optimizing one thing in isolation. She is the one making sure the strategy is built to perform, the reporting is honest, and the work gets done on time and to standard.
She spent enough time running her own business to know that marketing without accountability is not a strategy. It is an expense. That conviction shapes everything she builds at One Eleven. Every campaign is grounded in data, built around a clear objective, and measured against outcomes that actually matter to the business.
